<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">Now the marriage palace has applied for renewal of onsent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 online. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">The marriage palaces has already deposited Rs. 108000/- vide UTR No. BARBZ23025215227 dated 25.01.2023 under Air Act, Rs. 114000/- vide UTR No. BARBZ23025215569 dated 25.01.2023 under Water Act along with penalty and NOC regularization fee.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the marriage palace is adequate up to 30.09.2027. The Palace has submitted CA Certificate, earlier granted certificate. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">The marriage palace has already provided one main hall, one guest apartment, one kitchen, 03 no. toilets. The domestic effluent generated from toilets and kitchen is discharged into STP. The waste from kitchen is passed through oil & grease traps. The marriage palace ahs provided STP having following components Oil & grease trap, septic tank, anaerobic tank, clarifier, multigrade filter. The marriage palace has provided one DG Set of capacity 160 KVA, which is with canopy. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">It is pertinent to mention here that Board issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 13.5pt;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the palace with usual terms and conditions up to 30.09.2027 with special conditions that the marriage palace shall submit effluent analysis report from Board's Lab within 03 months.</span></p> |
