The project proponent has not submitted any documents regarding the ownership of the land such as land registration deeds so that verification of the cost of the land vis-&agrave;-vis the land registration deeds executed by the project proponent, can be carried out. Though, the project proponent has submitted CLU for land area measuring 9.86 acres at Vill. Multanpur, H.B. No. 103, Tehsil Rajpura, Distt. Patiala; but it has also mentioned in the brief project report that the project proponent has 16.005 Acres area under ownership at Vill. Multanpur, Tehsil Rajpura, Distt. Patiala. Also, the project proponent has not submitted approved layout plan of the unit &amp; only submitted conceptual layout plan of the project. It is required to be clarified if M/s IndoPallets has been authorized by the Board/ Competent Authority of Local Govt. for collection of waste from projects &amp; disposal to dumping sites of Local Govt.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; color: black;">The project proponent is required to submit layout plan marked with the 0.5 Acre area proposed for development as per Karnal Technology.</span></p> <ol style="margin-top: 0cm;" start="5" type="1"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; background: white;">The RO has not given clear cut comments on the suitability of site w.r.t. distance of the proposed site vis-&agrave;-vis specific siting guidelines of industries (from residential area) notified by the Govt./Board/CPCB from time to time such as stone crusher, rice sheller, saila plant, brick kiln, cement plan, grinding units, hot mix plants, pyrolysis plant, poultry farms, jaggery units, marriage palaces, CBWTF, petrol pumps etc.. Further, the RO is required to comment on the presence of any air polluting unit within 100 m radius and MAH unit within 250 m radius of boundary of the proposed site of the project.</span></li> </ol> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; color: black;">Keeping above in consideration, if approved, the application be sent back to RO, SAS Nagar for clarifying/ submitting comments on the aforesaid observations and submit fresh concrete &amp; conclusive recommendations in lieu to the clarification/ comments to be submitted by it.</span></p>
