<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the previously applied CTO under Water Act,1974 was refused as the industry was not closed the by-pass and untreated wastewater was being discharged into the sewer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now the industry has applied for CTO under the Water Act, of 1974. But RO has not given comments on whether the industry has closed the bypass or not.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May If approved RO be requested to give the current status of the bypass arrangement during the visit.</p> |
