Therefore, penalty charges will be 50 % of one year fee. </span></h1>

It has deposited Rs. 32400/- fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 i.e. (10800 as one year fee x 1.5 years = 16200/-) so consent fee in the subject cited application is valid upto 31.12.2023 under both acts.</span></strong></p> |
