<p style="text-align: justify;">AEE reported that the HCF-cum-Institute has now complied with the provisions of BMW Rules, 2016 as well as decisions of personal hearing, however, effluent sample of the HCF-cum-institute has not be collected/analyzed by the Board since its commissioning. It is therefore recommended that CTO under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the HCF-cum-institute for a shorter period upto 30.09.2027 so that during this period effluent sample shall be collected and analyzed by the Board to decide further extension in validity of CTO.</p> |
