<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has applied for obtaining 'Consent to Established' under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for setting up a unit for WASHING AND CUTTING OF EMPTY CAN @ 3.0 TPD.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 5400/- vide no. 305571261226 dated 24.02.2023 and Rs. 5400/- vide no. 2918000100 dated 24.02.2023 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- vide no. 305571291449 dated 24.03.2023 as application form fee, which is adequate for one year.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has filled online application form and submitted, Site plan location plan, project report of industry, DTP letter vide memo no. 2634 dated 23.11.2022 mentioning that such type of unit shall be permitted in rural and the industrial zone of all master plans and proposed land use plan with certain conditions, manufacturing process, feasibility report of ETP. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The proposed site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 15.04.2023 & observed that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: .5in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The treated trade effluent will be discharge onto land for plantation after ETP and domestic effluent discharge onto land for plantation. The tentative generation of trade effluent to be generated after commissioning of unit will be 2 KLD which will be discharged onto land for plantation.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> In view of the above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Establish (NOC)' under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for WASHING AND CUTTING OF EMPTY CAN @ 3.0 TPD for one year with the suitable terms and conditions, please.</span></p>
