<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo5;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 31100/- vide R.No. 23/5484 dated 13.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 31100/- vide R.No. 24/5484 dated 13.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 2900/- vide R.No. 25/5484 dated 13.03.2023 as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 500/- vide R.No. 26/5484 dated 13.03.2023 form fee against from assets of Rs. 29.74 Lacs as on 31.03.2022, which are adequate upto 30.06.2028.</span></li>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Recommendation:- </span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under Water<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special condition that:</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo6;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall submit classification of area from concern authority. </span></li>
