CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2022/17842900 dated 10/04/2022 valid upto 31/03/2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2021/15014477 dated 18/03/2021 valid upto 31/03/2023, subject to suitable conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, with same production capacity. The industry has submitted its CA certificate showing increase in its fixed assets from Rs. 31175.0 lakh as on 22.06.2021 to Rs. 32490.0 lakh as on 31/03/2022. The industry has attached the detail of increase of its fixed assets</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per the record, the consent fee earlier deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2023 under both the Acts. The industry has now deposited Rs. 1128000/- vides online HSBCR22023021019129353 dated 10/02/2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 1410000/- vide online UTR no. HSBCR22023021019129352 dated 10/02/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (linked with App. ID. 21031558). The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 02.02.2028 under both the Acts, after adjusting the NOC regularization fees and also adjusted consent fees from the Water Act into Air Act.</span></p>

The representative informed that they have operating only one boiler at a time and remaining boiler used as standby. The industry has installed 01 more baby boiler of capacity 0.8 TPH, which is not in used.</span></p>
