<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">As the directions u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 were confirmed against the industry for not installing the APCD, hence it is recommended that :-</p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1. <span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt; color: #2b4973; text-indent: -14.1pt;">Direction u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the PSPCL Authorities to restore electric connection of the unit premananently as the industry has installed APCD as per the design of PSCST.</span></p>

RO may be allowed to grant consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30/09/2027.</span></p> |
