CTOW/Renewal/FZR/2018/7940163 & CTOA/Renewal/FZR/2018/7940899 dated 11/08/2018, valid 31/03/2023, respectively, for manufacturing of Parboiled rice @ 8 TPH and Steamed rice @ 4 TPH along with sortex machines, subject to certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was issued show cause notice before revocation of consents to operate granted under the provision of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing on 19.01.2023. But no representative of the industry attended the hearing. However, an email dated 18.01.2023 was received from the industry and requested for another hearing. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was afforded another opportunity of personal hearing </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">for revocation /cancellation of consents to operate granted under the provision of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">on 28.02.2023, wherein it was decided </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 4.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 from the Board through online system alongwith requisite documents under Red category for manufacturing of Parboiled/Saila Rice @ 4 TPH and Steamed Rice along with sortex machines @ 8 TPH. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

During visit, parboiling line was not in operation and steamed line was in operation.</span></p>

The industry is maintaining the record of disposal of fly ash alongwith name of farmer, vehicle and village detail. In the month of Feb. 2023, March 2023 & April 2023 fuel ash has been lifted in 16,26,06 vehicles respectively. The fuel ash lifted in used by farmers in agriculture fields. </span></p>
