<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has deposited fee amounting to Rs. 14500/-vide R. No. N077232377273602 dated 18.03.2023, Rs. 5800/-vide R. No. 833161862 dated 12.04.2023 and Rs. 5000/-vide R. No. 161074617 dated 03.04.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 14500/-vide R. No. N077232377274064 dated 18.03.2023, Rs. 5000/-vide R. No. 952941609 dated 03.04.2023, Rs. 8700/- vide R.no. 706439089 dated 12.04.2023 and Rs. 8700/-vide R. No. 185676137 dated 12.04.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.05.2027 (after deducting NOC and one time notional fees as per VDS Scheme 2023).</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate applied by the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.05.2027 with general and specific condition that the industry shall not carry out any water polluting process in its premises without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
