<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">It is submitted that the agenda note has been attached again along with the application. The fixed assets of the hotel has been increase from 141.98 Crore to 146.96 Crore and the project proponent has also submitted the requisite NOC regularization fee for the same i.e. Rs. 14,400/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N098232409493123 dated 08/04/2023 and Rs. 14,400/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N098232409497416 dated 08/04/2023. The consent fee already submitted by the project proponent Rs. 6,84,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N085221889560779<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 26/03/2022 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 6,84,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N085221889560779<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 26/03/2022 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 3,600/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N085221889560780 dated 26/03/2022 as NOC Regularization Fee and Rs. 500/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N085221889560790 dated 26/03/2022 as an Application Form Fee, which is valid up to 31/03/2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The hotel was visited by undersigned on 11/04/2023 and observed as under:- </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">1. The hotel was in operation. The restaurant, bar, coffee shop and banquet halls are now opened. Only few rooms were occupied.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">2. During visit the STP installed by the hotel was also in operation. The hotel is partially reusing it its treated effluent for cooling purposes, flushing purposes and partially onto land for plantation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">3. The treated effluent samples of the hotel were collected on 01/06/2022 and sent to Zonal Lab, Jalandhar for analysis. As per analysis report received from Zonal Lab, Jalandhar vide no. 1812-14 dated 21/06/2022, the concentration of various parameters i.e. pH=7.4, COD=46 mg/l, BOD=10 mg/l, TSS=18 mg/l, TDS=412 mg/l and O&G=BDL are found within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">4. The hotel has also submitted effluent analysis report from Farelabs Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, Haryana. As per analysis report, issued by the lab vide no. W20220323-030-045 dated 28/03/2022, the concentrations of various parameters i.e. pH= 6.9, COD= 80, BOD= 12, TSS= 12, TDS= 470 and O&G = BDL are found within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping in view of above, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the hotel up to 31/03/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the hotel will submit the waste water analysis report from Board’s Lab, within 02 months.</span></p> |
