The application has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has not deposited one year consent fee as now there is change in partnership and the industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate by changing partnership. Further, the industry has also not deposited form fee amounting to Rs. 500/- . Thus the industry is requested to deposit the one year consent fee amounting to Rs. 1800/- each under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 as well as form fee within 3 days, so that the case may be proceed further. |
