Accordingly, the industry has mentioned area and HB no. in the lease deed, which is valid upto 30.09.2028.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <strong>upto 30.09.2028 </strong>with conditions proposed earlier.</span></p>
