<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">The application has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry was granted previous consent to operate with the special condition that industry will construct roads for internal movement vehicles as well as install RDS machines at the earliest possible and validity of the consent will not be further extended without compliance of the consent conditions. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">Now, the industry has submitted an undertaking dated 12.04.2023 wherein it has been mentioned that </span>The bank account of the industry is NPA with the banks due to which the indusry is not able to make any capital expenditure. Due to this constraint, the industry is not able to construct roads and install RDS equipment so far. Further, the industry has informed that it will take necessary steps for construction of roads and installation of RDS equipments as soon as the status of its account changes from NPA to normal running account. </p>
<p>Earlier, the application of the industry was returned due to non compliance of special condition mentioned above and now the industry has again applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. </p>
<p>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the Competent Authority of the Board may be requested to allow this office to accept the request made by industry through undertaking and to process online application for grant of CTO for short term period please.</p> |
