<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 19500/- i.e Rs. 12600/- under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 1400/- as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 5000/- under VDS scheme<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide R.No. 33450986 dated 31.03.2023 and Rs. 12600/- vide R.No. 45636426 dated 31.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981.against from assets of Rs. 6.84 Lacs as on 29.03.2023, which are adequate upto 30.9.2027.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted building plans from approved architect from Director of Factories, Punjab. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted registration certificate under Punjab VAT Act, 2005 as per proof of date of commissioning i.e April/2005.</span></li>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">There is no source of trade effluent generation and only domestic effluent is discharged into sewer. </span></li>
