<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">It is submitted that the industry has applied for setting up a new dry rice sheller namely M/s Ekom Rice Mills bearing Khasra No. 5081/23 min (7-1), 5083/18 min (4-6), 5085/19 min (5-13) Total 17 Bighe 0 Biswe land of revenue estate of Village Barkatpur, Tehsil Dudhan Sadhan, Distt. Patiala. The industry has proposed for manufacturing of dry / Raw rice @ 4.0 TPH by using paddy @ 6.0 TPH as raw material with drier having capacity of 24 MT and for the discharge of domestic effluent 2.0 KLD onto land for plantation after treated in septic tank under orange category. The industry has submitted Partnership deed, location plan, feasibility report, brief project report, Land use pattern from DTP, Revenue Report from Tehsildar etc. along with the application form.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">The industry has deposited Rs. 10800/- vide R. No. 73523872 dated 14.04.2023 on account of NOC fee against the total proposed project cost of Rs. 248.67 lacs as per the project report and Plant and Machinery of Rs. 108.0 lacs, which is adequate for one year. </span></p>

Patiala is a Partnership firm</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">The firm is formed for installing/ setting up of Dry Rice manufacturing unit so as to manufacture Dry Rice @ 4.0 T/hr. by processing of Paddy @ 6.0 T/hr. with Drier having capacity of 24 MT/batch on double shift basis for 180 days in a year. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Therefore, site of the rice sheller unit complying with the siting guidelines framed by Govt. of Punjab for rice shellers vide notification no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated 15/10/2013.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">In view of above mentioned facts and report of the concerned departments, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the subject cited industry for setting up of rice sheller for manufacturing of dry /raw rice @ 4.0 TPH by using paddy @ 6.0 TPH as raw material with drier having capacity of 24 MT with suitable conditions and following additional conditions: </span></p>
