Adequate suction was observed at the side hood. </span></p>

It has provided interlocking tiles only at the entrance.</span></p>

The industry has also obtained completion certificate from PSCST, Chandigarh vide no. <strong>212 dated 20/06/2019</strong>. </span></p>

DG set of capacity 180 KVA and 200 KVA, which are equipped with canopies and stack of adequate heights. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%; margin: 12.0pt -.9pt 12.0pt 0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that t</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">he industry may be granted renewal of </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 <strong>upto 30/09/2026</strong><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> </strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">and 'Consent to Operate' under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">1 year i.e. upto 31.03.2024 </strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">with conditions proposed earlier and special condition that it shall stabilize its entire movement area to mitigate dust pollution.</span></span></p> |
