<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the agenda note has been attached again along with the application. The consent fee already submitted by the project proponent Rs. 2,33,600/- vide UTR/Ref No. N085221889556462 dated 26/03/2022 as Consent Fee, under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 2,33,700/- vide UTR/Ref No. N085221889560818 dated 26/03/2022 as Consent Fee, under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 500/- vide UTR/Ref No. N085221889560829 dated 26/03/2022 as an Application Form Fee, which is valid up to 31/03/2027.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The hotel was visited by AEE of this office on 10/04/2023 and observed as under:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">1. The hotel was in operation. The restaurant, bar, coffee shop and banquet halls are now opened. Only few rooms were occupied.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">2. During visit the STP installed by the hotel was also in operation. The hotel is partially reusing it its treated effluent for cooling purposes, flushing purposes and partially onto land for plantation.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">3. The hotel has submitted effluent analysis report from Farelabs Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, Haryana. As per analysis report, issued by the lab vide no. W20230324-037-056 dated 29/03/2023, the concentrations of various parameters i.e. pH= 6.92, COD=80 mg/l, BOD=10 mg/l, TSS=18 mg/l, TDS=432 mg/l and O&G=ND are found within the prescribed limits of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">4. The hotel has installed 02 no. D.G. sets of capacity 500 KVA (each), which are fitted with canopies.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, may if approved, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hotel up to 31/03/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the hotel will submit the waste water analysis report from Board’s Lab, within 02 months.</p> |
