CTOW/Renewal/HSP/2020/13989553 dated 15.10.2020 valid upto 30.09.2029 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/HSP/2021/16898297 dated 04.10.2021 valid upto 30.09.2026 for the manufacturing of Raw Rice 41 T/day, Rice bran @ 4 T/day from Paddy @ 64 T/day along with 01 Sheller and 02 No. Mechanical Dryers and domestic effluent 0.5 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank, subject to the conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Further, the industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) for expansion under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Raw Rice @ 128.64 T/day, Rice Bran @ 96 T/day from Paddy 192 T/day (8 T/hr) along with 02 Shelling section (04 No. Pneumatics and 02 No. Dryers with APCD as Cycloner Separator by adding 02 No. Pneumatics Rula, 01 No. Separator (Peti) Danedar, 04 No. Polishers, 01 Silky Machine, and 01 No. Sortex Machine and same was granted vide no. CTE/Exp/HSP/2022/19646900 dated 24.08.2022 valid upto 23.08.2023 with conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has already deposited Rs. 17,400/- vide R. no. 60/5306 dated 15/10/2020, Rs. 2900/- vide R. no. 61/5306 dated 15/10/2020. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.07.2028.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The industry has uploaded CA Certificate, earlier grnated NOC and undertaking regarding installation of machinery. The industry undertake that the unit has installed machinery in the unit 02 no. Mechanical Dryers , 02 No. Shelling Section, 04 no. Pneumatics Rullas, 02 no. Sortex 08 no Machines Polisher, 02 no. Separator.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">It is pertinent to mention here that Board issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the palace with usual terms and conditions up to 30.09.2027 with suitable terms and with special conditions that</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">1) The industry shall submit stack emission analysis report in the coming season.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">2) The industry shall not any expansion/ increased any machinery without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">3) The industry shall submit the revised approved map from the DoF/ Competent Person.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">4) The industry shall comply all the guidelines issued by CPCB/PPCB time to time.</span></p>
