It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974  vide Board's letter no. 2584-85 dated 13/4/2023 before the Chairman of the Board on 27/4/2023 (copy enclosed).  It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the project proponent through WhatsApp and e-mail and delivered in person to the project proponent and send the receipt of the same to this office  and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of the hearing.  It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent w.r.t. notice and send fresh recommendation accordingly, well before the date of hearing.
