<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 0px; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">If approved, c</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">onsent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the brick kiln for production of bricks & tiles @ 30,000 nos./day using induced draft zig-zag technology for a period of 30.09.2032, with suitable conditions.</span></p>
