<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of renewal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity to submit the reply within 15-days has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 2650-51 dated 18/4/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed)</strong>. <strong>It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry and send the receipt of the same to this office. It is also requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t notice as well as comments on whether the industry has operated manufacturer Hexa Methyl Di Silazane since 2018 or not, if not, then elaborate on the above-said manufacturing process and </strong><strong>send fresh recommendations accordingly to enable this office to decide the application.</strong></p>
