<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. May if approved CTE applied by the industry be granted up to 31/3/24 with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that <span lang="EN-IN">1. </span><span lang="EN-IN">The industry shall follow the guidelines/ SOP prescribed by the CPCB </span><span lang="EN-IN">for the utilization of hazardous waste and obtain registration and passbook as required under Rule 8 of HWM Rules, 2016 before commissioning/trial of its unit. In case, no SOP/ guidelines have been provided for their activity/manufacturing, then it will take permission from CPCB under Rule 8 of HWM Rules 2016 before starting any manufacturing activity.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN">2. </span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN">The industry shall not commission/trial run its unit without obtaining all the regulatory permission from PPCB/CPCB and other departments.</span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3)The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN">4. EE, RO </span> shall keep a vigil that the industry shall not start its operation without <span lang="EN-IN">obtaining all the regulatory permission from PPCB/CPCB and other departments.</span></span></p>
