<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">It is intimated that the industry has applied for fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under green category under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the establishment of Ready Mix Plant for manufacturing of Ready Mix Concrete @ 45.0 m3/h by using Cement @ 20.0 T/day, Sand @ 75.0 T/day, Coarse Aggregates @ 105.0 T/day, Concrete Admixture @ 250.0 Kgs/day, Water @ 15.0 Kilo Liters/Day alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has deposited Rs. 6900/- vide UTR No. P058230223523805 dated 27.02.2023 as NOC fee including Rs. 500/- as form downloading fee. The industry deposited Rs. 2000/- vide R. No. 492410571 dated 13.04.2023. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year against the proposed cost of the industry Rs. 455.83 lacs.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has submitted a copy of letter issued by Department of Town and Country Planning Punjab vide memo no. 1932-STP(S)/SS-11(GI) dated 21.09.2018 regarding change of land use from Agricultural to Industrial (Ready Mix Concrete Plant) for the land of Smt. Amarinder Kaur W/o Sh. Brijdeep Singh, Smt. Manjit Kaur W/o Raghbir Singh, Shri Karandeep Singh S/o Rajwinder Singh, Shri Gora Lal S/o Jagan Nath at Village Sawara, The. Kharar, District SAS Nagar. The CLU issued for 2.415 acres land.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has also submitted a copy of letter issued by Department of Town and Country Planning Punjab vide memo no. 2063-STP(S)/SS-11(GI) dated 12.10.2018 regarding change of land use for the land of Smt. Amarinder Kaur W/o Sh. Brijdeep Singh, Smt. Manjit Kaur W/o Raghbir Singh, Shri Karandeep Singh S/o Rajwinder Singh, Shri Gora Lal S/o Jagan Nath at Village Sawara, The. Kharar, District SAS Nagar in which mentioned that due to some typographical error noticed, which are rectified as “That the khasra no. 26//6(2-16), 26//7(7-7), 26//13(8-0), 26//14/1(2-9) and 26//15/1(4-0) should be read as 22//6(2-16), 22//7(7-7), 22//13(8-0), 22//14/1(2-9) and 22//15/1(4-0)” in continuation to the earlier letter issued vide memo no. 1932-STP(S)/SS-11(GI) dated 21.09.2018.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has submitted a copy of report issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kharar vide no. 05 dated 03.01.2023 regarding distance of the site. The industry has submitted feasibility report regarding installation of pollution control devices to control the water pollution as well as air pollution. The industry has submitted site plan / building plan approved by Er. Rajnesh Kumar Single, Competent Person under Factories Act.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has submitted amendment / addendum to registered leased deed between (A) Smt. Amrinder Kaur W/o Late Wg. Cdr. Brijdeep Sigh Vir R/o H. No. 117, Phase-2, SAS Nagar (B) Sh. Gora Lal Kaushal S/o Sh. Jagan Nath Kaushal R/o H. No. 1240, Phase 3B2, SAS Nagar (hereinafter called the “co-lessors/co-owners” of the one part) and M/s Delta Infra through its proprietor Sh. Palav K. Batra S/o Sh. Hemant Batra R/o Flat No. J-703, JLPL, Falcon View, Sector-66A, Mohali (hereinafter called the “Lessee” of the second part).</span></p>

As per CLU granted by DTP vide no. 1932-STP(S)/SS-11(GI) dated 21.09.2018 & 2063-STP(S)/SS-11(GI) dated 12.10.2018, the site is suitable for installation of green category RMC Unit. </span></p>
