<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 16.3pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">It is submitted that the industry is a rice sheller unit and had earlier granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/BAR/2020/12953122 dated 01/09/2020 & consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/BAR/2020/13423110 dated 01/09/2020, both are valid upto 30/09/2025, for operation of rice sheller unit to produce Sorted Raw Rice (without dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by processing Paddy @ 3.0 TPH as raw material, under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 16.3pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Now, the industry has increased production capacity of rice shelling unit from 2.0 TPH to 3.0 TPH and also has installed dryer machinery, within its existing land only and building/shed. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 16.3pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Accordingly, the industry has applied for obtaining varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for rice sheller unit to produce Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer @ 3.0 TPH after installing dryer and additional paddy processing machinery by processing of paddy 4.5 TPH, under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The fee already deposited by the industry in previous granted applications is adequate upto 30.09.2025 under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 18,000/- vides online UTR no. SBIN423072334022 dated 13.03.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 18,000/-vides online UTR no. SBIN423072327608 dated 13.03.2023 under the Air Act, 1981. The value of total fixed assets of the industry after installation of new paddy processing machinery and dryer machinery has increased from Rs. 32.85 lacs to Rs. 42.74 lacs and accordingly, the industry has deposited Rs. 1,100/- vides online UTR no. SBIN423072329124 dated 13.03.2023, as NOC regularization fee. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The total fee, after considering the older fee deposited by the industry and considering the fact of increase in value of fixed assets after installation of new paddy processing machinery and dryer machinery, under both the Acts is <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">adequate upto</strong> <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">30.09.2030</strong> against the value of fixed assets i.e. Rs. 65.23 lacs as on 25.02.2023, as per CA certificate dated 29.12.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 12.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry has also submitted the feasibility report prepared by M/s Advanced environmental consultant, Dhuri regarding installation of additional machinery to enhance its production capacity and dryer machinery. The industry has submitted undertaking regarding complete installation of newly added machinery.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 12.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The Govt. of Punjab, Deptt. of Science, Technology & Environment vide notification no 10/48/2004-STE-(4) / 932 dated. 15/10/2013 has notified siting guidelines for new/existing rice sheller unit, which is reproduced as under for any expansion/modernization in the existing rice sheller unit. “All the rice mills / saila plants located outside the Municipal limits of towns and cities and in the designated areas within the cities established with NOC of Punjab Pollution Control Board will be allowed to expand / modernize within their existing premises, if pollution load of existing unit has been effectively taken care of by the industry and no specific approval of District Town Planner will be required.” </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 12.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry has also submitted certificate issued from Nagar Council, Dhanaula vide its letter no. 923 dated 21/02/2023 in which, it is mentioned the M/s Jai Bhawani Rice Mill, Badra road, Aspal Kalan, falls outside the Nagar Council limit of Dhanaula. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 76.75pt; line-height: 115%; margin: 0cm 4.6pt .0001pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has also deposited Rs. 10,266/- vide R. No. 55/5374 dated 21/03/2022 as air sample testing fee in advance.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Accordingly, the industry was visited by undersigned on 18/04/2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">1) <span style="background: white;">The industry was in operation with installation of additional paddy processing machinery and dryer machinery in its premises for the production of sorted raw rice (with dryer).</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">2) <span style="background: white;">The industry has covered all the processing sheds.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">3) <span style="background: white;">The industry has already installed separate cyclone separator as APCD for shelling section as well as pre-cleaning section at dryer plant and the same were found in operational condition.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">4) <span style="background: white;">The industry has provided brick wall of 15 feet height in front of the discharge point of rice husk area and the length of aforesaid brick wall is 35' on each side of the rice husk discharge point.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">5) <span style="background: white;">The industry has provided brick wall of 10 feet height in front of the discharge point of rice husk area and the length of aforesaid brick wall is 35' on each side of the rice husk discharge point. The industry has provided jali of height 5 ft above this wall. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">6) <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has no source of trade effluent generation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">7) <span style="background: white;">The industry has provided sampling arrangements with the stack of the APCD.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">7) <span style="background: white;">The industry has constructed septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent of the toilet section and disposal onto land for plantation.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">8) <span style="background: white;">The industry has planted sapling of trees along the boundary wall.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 42.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">9) <span style="background: white;">The industry has stabilized the movement area of vehicles from gate to husk area and rice room to prevent the generation of dust emissions.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> From above, it is found that the industry is complying with the sitting guidelines as well as NOC/consent conditions earlier granted to the industry. The industry is also complying with the code of practice notified by the Govt. of Punjab, Deptt. of Science, Technology & Environment.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> The competency for grant of consents to the rice shellers with or without dryer lies with the Environmental Engineer of the Regional Office.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> In view of above, if approved, varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & under Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to </span><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">30.09.2030</span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> for the production of <strong>Sorted Raw Rice (with Dryer) @ 3.0 TPH by processing of paddy @ 4.5 TPH</strong> as raw material, with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and special conditions as under: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">1. This consent is valid for manufacturing of </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Sorted Raw Rice (with Dryer) @ 3.0 TPH by processing of paddy @ 4.5 TPH</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"> as raw material.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">2. <span style="mso-font-width: 115%;">The rice sheller shall continue to abide by the new code of practice notified by Govt. Notification no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated. 15/10/2013, which is as under:-</span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">I. All the processing sheds be covered and have minimum ventilation as per the recommendations of Director of Factories.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>II. The industry should plant thick plantation of spreading crown varieties of evergreen trees all along the boundary wall of the rice sheller.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>III. All dust emitting points should be properly hooded and dust extracted to a common point. At this exhaust point, dust coming here will be passed through a dust control system and air will be emitted through a stack of height 3 meters above the roof of the building.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>IV. The industry shall not be located in High Tension Transmission Zone of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.2pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">V. The management and handling of rice husk in the rice shelling units should be done as under: </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -7.05pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 2.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">a. All the rice shelling units shall provide paved / brick roads / cement concrete roads/ metaled roads inside their premises for movement of vehicles, so as to prevent the generation of dust.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -7.05pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 2.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">b. The industry shall provide proper rice husk storage facilities inside the factory premises and the height of brick wall in front of the discharge point of rice husk area should be at least 10' high or 3.5' higher than the discharge point of the rice husk pipe (whichever is more) and the length of aforesaid brick wall should be at least 35' on each side of the rice husk discharge pipe. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -7.05pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 2.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">c. The industry shall provide a layer of wind screen of mild steel or some other similar material of at least 5'height above the brick wall. The wind screen system should have a porosity of ~30% to lower the wind velocities, thus reducing the amount of airborne particulate from storage, handling and loading / unloading areas of rice husk. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -7.05pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 2.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">d. The minimum diameter at the outlet of discharge pipe of rice husk be kept as 15'' which can be maintained by extending the existing discharge pipe with the help of a conical shaped pipe of at least 3' length.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -7.05pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 2.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>e. Wherever the height of rice husk is 3' or more, the industry shall cover the heap of husk with HDPE warp knitted fabric completely, except the area near the discharge pipe. The HDPE warp knitted fabric be made of 100% virgin high density polymer of at least 70 gm/m2 weight having 40-45 hole/inch2 to prevent wind blowing of stored husk. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -7.05pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 2.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">f. During transportation of rice husk through vehicles, it shall be covered from all sides with tarpaulin to prevent blowing of husk by winds.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">3. The rice sheller shall put in place all the hoods, ductings & enclosures and other components of the APCD well before commissioning of the unit for the upcoming paddy shelling season and report the compliance in the regard to the Board prior to commissioning of the unit. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">4. The industry shall provide additional plantation all along the boundary wall of the unit, within its premises and submit compliance in this regard to the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">5. The industry shall keep the APCD in good running conditions at all the times and shall also operate the same properly and effectively so as to achieve the standards prescribed by the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">6. The industry shall dispose of the dust contained by APCD in an environmentally sound manner.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">7. The industry shall achieve the stack emissions standards as laid down by the Board and as amended from time to time by the Board/MoEF and shall also be bound to upgrade/replace the existing APCD to achieve said revised standards. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">8. This consent has been granted based on the undertaking/documents submitted by the industry. If, in case, during the visit to the industry in future, any part of the said undertaking found false, then action as deemed fit as per the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 shall be taken without issuance of any further notice/opportunity. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">9. The industry shall inform the Board in writing as and when any change is occurred in the Partnership Deed / Proprietorship / Memorandum of Article of Association, especially with regard to the name and address of the Partner / Proprietor / Director / Subscriber etc., and in any case the industry fails to do so and later on it comes to the notice of the Board that there is any change in Partnership Deed / Proprietorship / Memorandum of Article of Association, action as deem fit under the provision of said Act shall be taken. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">10. The industry shall comply with all the assurances given by it to the Board through undertaking. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">11. The industry should confirm to the following ambient noise levels prescribed under Rule 13 (1) of Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules, 2000 at their boundary limits: </span></p>

The industry shall install noise limiter on potential polluting devices including retrofitting the existing devices. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">13. Adequate measures shall be taken by the project proponent during construction phase to reduce ambient air and noise level, so as to confirm to the stipulated standard by CPCB/SPCB. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">14. The maximum noise levels near the construction site should be limited to 75 dB(A) Leq (5 min) in industrial areas and to 65 dB(A) Leq (5 min) in other areas.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>15. Material need to be stockpiled and unused equipment to be placed between noisy operating equipment and other areas. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 8.3pt 0cm 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">16. The industry shall provide paved / brick roads / cement concrete roads/ metaled roads inside their premises for movement of vehicles, so as to prevent the generation of dust, before the commissioning of the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">17. The industry shall comply with PWRDA/CGWA guidelines.</span></p> |
