<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">In view of above, it is recommended that the application of the industry for obtaining fresh Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 maybe returned due to said observations and to avoid pendency/over delay of application on OCMMS. The show cause notice for violation of provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 is being issued separately due to said observations please. </span></p> |
