<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 19.2px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 19.2px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">The unit has deposited Rs. 25,000/- vide UTR No. IDFBH23087060592 dated 28/03/2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 25,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. IDFBH23087063788 dated 28/03/2023 under Water Act, 1974 under VDS Scheme (Voluntarily Disclosure Scheme).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 19.2px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 19.2px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 96,000/- vide UTR No. IDFBH23087056247 dated 28/03/2023 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 96,000/- vide UTR No. IDFBH23087060770 dated 28/03/2023 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974, which<span style="color: red;"> </span>is adequate up to 31/03/2028 under both Acts. The industry has also deposited Rs. 6400/- vide UTR No. IDFBH23087055665 dated 28/03/2023 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- vide UTR No. IDFBH23087060481 dated 28/03/2023 as an application form fee. The industry has submitted undertaking regarding proprietorship, land documents,<span style="color: red;"> </span>copy of letter issued by DTP, Amritsar vide no. 300 15/03/2023, Sales Tax Registration as a proof of date of commissioning,<span style="color: red;"> </span>site plan/location plan, Manufacturing Process, CA Certificate and request letter to consider their application under VDS scheme.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 19.2px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 19.2px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">The site of the industry was visited by officer of this office on 18/04/2023 and observed that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 19.2px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 19.2px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 19.2px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has installed 01 no. blowing machine for manufacturing Pet Jars & Bottles. The industry has also installed 02 no. HDPE blowing machine for manufacturing of plastic containers from virgin granules as observed during the visit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 19.2px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 19.2px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 19.2px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">No trade effluent was seen discharging from the process of the industry. Only domestic effluent was being discharged into public sewer.</span></p>
