Your application was considered by the Competent Authority and you are required to clarify the following
1. The industry has applied for consent to operate/established under Medium Red scale/category. Further as per categorization of the Board the industry falls in the Large Red scale/category. As such you are required to clarify this incorporating the MSME notification dated 26/06/2020.
2. The industry has applied for NOC for expansion, wherein there has been increase in the disposal of treated trade effluent into PSIEC sewer by 100 KLD. As such it is required to submit permission from the concerned authorities (PSIEC/MC) regarding the disposal of total treated trade effluent into PSIEC sewer after the expansion.
Clarify within 02 days.
