<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">It is submitted that the project proponent has project of construction of 484 multi storyed residential flats at the allotted site. As observed during visit, the project proponent has constructed the structures of multi-storyed flats in the nos. of 350 approx. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Finishing of about 50 no. flats has been done from which 12 no. flats have been occupied. The civil work of remaining constructed flats approx 300 nos. have been done, however finishing of the same is yet to be completed. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The establishment has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluents generated from the occupied flats with outlet of treated effluent onto plantation along boundary. The site for the installation of STP is reserved but no construction work or installation of mechanical components exists there. Representative of the establishment during visit informed that they have placed work order regarding installation of STP. For the present occupancy septic tank provided by the establishment is adequate, however the project proponent has been directed to install the sewerage treatment plant before any further occupancy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">In view of above it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted to the project up to the period of 31/12/2023 subject to the suitable conditions and specific as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">1.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The project proponent shall complete the installation of STP for treatment of domestic effluent of the colony before any further occupancy/habitation in the colony and intimate same regarding the Board within 02 months. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">2.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The project proponent shall develop adequate plantation/green area as per mentioned in the EC granted and shall provide flow meters at the water sources, treatment source, re-circulation source and MC disposal sources before its commissioning.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">3.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The project proponent shall comply with the condition of the EC granted vide no. SEIAA/PB/MIS/2022/EC/16 dated 13.07.2022 and shall obtain clearances from the concerned departments/Authority as required.</span></p> |
