| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it has been observed that:-
1. The value of plant and machinery of the industry has been increased from 2.57 crores to 3.13 crores since last granted consent. It is requested to submit the detail of newly added machinery.
2. Also intimate, whether the industry has installed flow meters at all extraction points of the fresh water source or not?
3. The industry obtained has shares @ 25 KLD but it has applied for disposal of total effluent 27.5 KLD (TE @ 25 KLD and DE @ 2.5 KLD) into CETP. IT is requested to apply for TE @ 22.5 KLD and DE @ 2.5 KLD, respectively.
4. The industry has not attached any documental proof supporting that the industry has not obtained any sewer connection from the MCL.
5. It is requested to submit an under taking that no domestic and trade effluent of the industry is being discharged into the MC sewer.
It is therefore requested to submit he reply within 02 days.
