<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has again applied obtaining renewal ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, for Bottling of LPG Cylinders @ 1000 Metric Tonnes/Day.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-right: .2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry had deposited Rs. 14,40,000/- vide UTR R. no. SBINR12023032439421046 dated 24.03.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (linked with application ID- 21621279), which is adequate upto 31.03.2028, for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 107.92 cr. on 14.03.2023. Further, the industry has also deposited Rs. 21600/- as NOC regularization fee vide no. 243631476 dated 08.04.2023 (Linked with application ID-21621410), for increase in the value of assets of Rs. 9.26 cr. than the last granted ‘consent to operate’ by the Board.</span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time. </span></p>
