<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;"> Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 with usual conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry shall submit certificate regarding </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">area classification </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-indent: 0px;">from competent authority within 01 month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall operate air pollution control device (APCD) regularly and efficiently to achieve the prescribed norms.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry will submit air emission sample analysis report of the furnace analyzed by the Board’s lab within 03 months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not use any un-authorized fuel and shall use fuel only for which consent is granted by the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies by executing agreements and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of the HWM Rules.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">9.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. <span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">(Competency:- SEE-J).</span></p>
