<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the marriage palace was granted consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 on 12/08/2016 (valid upto 30/09/2020) for the operation of marriage palace.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The marriage palace was visited by officer of the Board on 27.03.2023 and it was observed as under:- </span></p>

The marriage palace was found not in operation during the visit. </span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>RO has submitted compliance made by the marriage palace w.r.t. guidelines for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at individual establishments and the area / cluster of restaurants / hotels/ motels / banquets etc. as formulated by CPCB in compliance with the NGT order dated 19.09.2019.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>If approved, the marriage palace may be granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 for operation of marriage palace for a period upto 30.09.2028, subject to suitable conditions and special conditions that :</span></p>
