CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2022/19695609 dated 30.08.2022 for the establishment of rice sheller proposal along with relevant records for the establishment of new rice shelling unit in the revenue estate of<strong> village Nurpur Bet-1&2, </strong>in an area of <strong>16 Kanal 0 Marlas </strong>[13 Kanals 05 Marlas from Khasra no. <strong>18</strong>// 13(8-0), 14(8-0), <strong>19//</strong>11(8-0) in Nurpur Bet-1 and 02 kanal 15 marlas from Kharsa no. <strong>18//</strong>15(8-0) in Nurpur Bet-2 <strong>Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana </strong>to manufacture raw rice @ 02 TPH with dryer & sorted rice @ 02 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 3.0cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the rice sheller has applied for fresh ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to manufacture raw rice @ 02 TPH with dryer & sortex. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 3.0cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 28.03.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 164.93 lacs. </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 58,800/- vide online receipt no. P093230231904413 dated 03.04.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 58,800/- vide online receipt no. P093230231904615 dated 03.04.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.03.2030 under both. The industry has also deposited NOC regularization fee of Rs. 5600/- vide UTR No. P093230231909993 dated 03.04.2023 as balance fee for difference of Rs. 73 lacs in actual investment and investment projected in project report, which is adequate for orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 3.0cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 12.04.2023 alonwith scientific staff and it was observed as under:</span></p>

The industry has also provided stacks of adequate heights with APCDs along with provisions to facilitate emission sample. </span></p>
