<p>It is submitted that the marriage palace was granted consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 on 20/07/2016 (valid upto 30/09/2020) for the operation of marriage palace.</p>
<p> Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p> The marriage palace was visited by officer of the Board on 27.03.2023 and it has been reported as under:-</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The site is marriage palace having capacity of 200 persons approx. The marriage palace was found not in operation during the visit.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has installed grit chamber with oil & grease trap followed by septic tank for treatment of its wastewater generated from sanitation section and oil & grease tank for waste generated from kitchen section.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has planted trees along its boundary wall for disposal of its treated waste water and tree plantation is adequate.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has constructed one compost pit for disposal of wet waste and dry waste is being lifted by municipal authorities.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->The palace has installed D.G set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy & stack of adequate height.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has provided suction hood over the cooking operations at Kitchen section to arrest the exhaust emissions with outlet of the hood through a stack above roof level.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->7. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has installed a board at its entry regarding timings of DJ sets i.e. till 10 PM in accordance with the Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control Rules), 2000.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->8. <!--[endif]-->The compliance of guideline mechanism dated 02.02.2021.</p>
<p> RO has submitted compliance made by the marriage palace w.r.t. guidelines for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at individual establishments and the area / cluster of restaurants / hotels/ motels / banquets etc. as formulated by CPCB in compliance with the NGT order dated 19.09.2019.</p>
<p> If approved, the marriage palace may be granted consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 for operation of marriage palace for a period upto 30.09.2028, subject to suitable conditions and special conditions that :</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace shall ensure that there is no usage of single use plastic-thermocol, disposable items such as water bottles/water pouches/water cups/cups, plates, glasses, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating materials made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material on its premises.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace shall submit prior schedule of its operation to the Board so that noise monitoring could be carried out to check the compliance of Noise Rules, 2000.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace will always comply with Board’s office order no. (HQ-2)/2021/64 dated 02.02.2021. </p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->The industry is liable to ensure the compliance of policy guidelines, building norms (covered area, set back etc.), width of approach road, parking etc. notified by the State Govt. from time to time for marriage palaces.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace shall obtain authorization under the HOWM Rules, 2016, within one month.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace will ensure that the municipal solid waste generated is handled in an environmentally sound manner and the Bio-degradable solid waste be managed through in-house treatment, in compliance to the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</p>
