<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry will submit air emission sample analysis report of the furnaces analyzed by the Board’s lab within 03 months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall not use any un-authorized fuel and shall use fuel only for which consent is granted by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies by executing agreements and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of the HWM Rules.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. </span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">(Competency:- SEE-J).</span></p> |
