text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 113%; margin: 0cm 3.4pt .0001pt 6.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US">It is pertinent to mention here that Govt. of Punjab, Department of Science Technology and Environment vide its notification dated 05/08/2021 has partially modified the orders bearing no. 10/48/2004-STE(4)/932 dated 15/10/2013.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 113%; margin: 0cm 3.4pt .0001pt 6.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US">From the above, it is clear that the industry is meeting&nbsp; with&nbsp; the&nbsp; specific siting guidelines prescribed by the Board for the establishment of a rice sheller unit, as per <a href="http://www.ppcb.gov.in/Attachments/sitting%20Criteria/Officeorder%2015.10.2013.pdf"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration-line: none;">Deptt of&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Science Technology &amp; Environment Govt. of Punjab</span></a> <a href="http://www.ppcb.gov.in/Attachments/sitting%20Criteria/Officeorder%2015.10.2013.pdf"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration-line: none;">Order</span></a> <a href="http://www.ppcb.gov.in/Attachments/sitting%20Criteria/Officeorder%2015.10.2013.pdf"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration-line: none;">No. 10/48/2004/STE(4)/932 dated 15.10.2013.</span></a> The competency for grant of NOC &nbsp;to Rice &nbsp;sheller with or without dryer and saila plants lies with the Environmental Engineer of Regional office, as per Board circular no. 23539-76 dated 03.06.2013.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 113%; margin: 0cm 3.4pt .0001pt 6.55pt;"><span lang="EN-US">Keeping in view of above, if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) for setting up of rice sheller unit at proposed site located at&nbsp; Village Dhura, Tehsil Dhuri District Sangrur to manufacture Sorted raw rice (with dryer) @ 3.0 TPH by&nbsp; processing of Paddy @ 4.5 TPH as raw material may be granted to the&nbsp; industry with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that:</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify;
