It is submitted that the pointwise reply is submitted as under:
1. The industry was earlier run by a Co-operative society, the said Co-operative society has sold the industry to new owners as mentioned above. Now, the industry is being run as partnership firm.
2. The earlier project proponents have already submitted site plan, approved building plan etc. and there is no change. Further, it is intimated that in Air Act, 1981 there is provision to transfer the consent on the new name, whereas, in Water Act, 1974, there is no such provision. As such, fresh consent is required to be applied under the Water Act, 1974
3. The GST on the new name is attached herewith.
4. The consents were applied before 31.03.2023. Moreover, the CA certificate submitted is less than 6 months old. The new CA certificate shall put an extra financial burden on the industry due to no fault of us.
You are requested to please grant us consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 at the earliest, please.
