CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2019/9453504 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2019/9453200 dated 23.03.2019, both valid upto 30.09.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the rice sheller has applied for renewal of ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit with dryer to manufacture raw rice with dryer @ 02 TPH and sorted rice @ 02 TPH. The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 05.04.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 93,90,341/-, compliance of consent conditions. The industry has deposited Rs. 50,400/- vide UTR. No. 362540762 dated 11.04.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 50,400/- vide UTR. No. 595403886 dated 11.04.2023 under Air Act, 1981. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for period upto 30.09.2032 under both acts. The industry has also deposited Rs. 1100/- vide UTR. No. 362540762 dated 11.04.2023 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate for increase in value of fixed assets by just 06 lacs which is adequate for orange category. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

Entire Nanaksar, Gurusar & Hathur cluster receives electricity during night only for most of days. </span></p>
