<p>As discussed.</p>
<p>In similar applications of M/s Dada Motors Pvt. Ltd. (application no. 16655284) located at Mansa Road, Bathinda and M/s RP Jhunthra Automobiles, Mansa Road, Bathinda (application no. 17968790) were received, which were located in residential area but were permissible as per bye-laws of notified Master Plan, Bathinda. Since the said establishments were not appropriate as per the policy of the Board dated 30.04.2013, but were permissible as per notified master plan of Bathinda so the legal opinion as mentioned in the note dated 15.04.2023 (copy attached) was sought in the matter from Senior Law Officer of the Board. In the matter after taking legal opinion the service stations were granted permission from the pollution angle.</p>
<p>Considering the legal opinion and the matter in the above sited applications, the service station in question is fit for establishment in the mix land use area as per report of DTP, Ferozepur vide letter no. 156 dated 10.02.2023.</p>
<p> If approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the agency for a period upto 30.09.2026 from pollution angle for washing/servicing of LMV vehicles subject to following specific conditions:</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The agency shall submit copy of approved building plans from concerned department within 2 months.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The agency shall not cause any kind of pollution which is harmful to the nearby residents.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The agency will achieve of effluent standards as notified by MoEF & CC vide notification no. G.S.R. 952(E) dated 26.12.2019.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->The agency shall maintain adequate plantation area properly for disposal of treated trade effluent and shall maintain record of ETP operation on day to day basis.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->This consent is issued from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain the statutory clearances/ permissions from other Departments, as required.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6. <!--[endif]-->The automobile service station will apply and obtain authorization under the HOWM Rules, 2016 for generation of hazardous waste of various categories.</p>
