Notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and show cause notice for violation of provision of Air Act, 1981 was issued to the industry vide letter no. 5982 and 5980 dated 16.12.2022 with an opportunity of personal hearing before CEE(B) on 26.12.2022.</p>

Rajesh Goel, legal advisor of the industry and Sh. Jagdish Kumar, Partner of the industry, in which after considering the material facts on file, it has been decided by the Chief Environmental Engineer (B) that directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 be issued for closure of the industry and simultaneously, PSPCL authorities be asked to disconnect the electric connection of the industry with immediate effect.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry vides its online application dated 24.03.2023 has applied for obtaining consents to operate of the Board under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for the operation of milk chilling @ 13500 Ltr/day of Milk and production of Paneer @ 1000 Kg/day.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 20.03.2023 for the fixed assets amounting to Rs. 44.50 lacs.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has submitted consent fee of Rs. 40,600/- through online (Rs. 5000/- vide no. 909711930 dated 24.03.2023 & Rs. 35,600/- <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">vide no. 496358217 dated 10.04.2023) under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 40,600/- through online (Rs. 5000/- vide no. 282820783 dated 24.03.2023 & Rs. 35,600/- vide no. 238798654 dated 10.04.2023) under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2025.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed wood-based baby boiler with stack of adequate height to disperse the air emissions into the atmosphere.</p>
