<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-US">It is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the institute for short term upto 30/09/2023 with usual conditions along with special condition as under:-</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-US">1. The institute shall analyze its effluent samples from Board's lab within this consented period.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-US">2. The institute shall obtain E.C. </span>from the competent authority in compliance to the EIA Notification 2006.</p>
