Further, the industry has mentioned only Municipal Council supply @ 0.5 KLD. Considering 25 working days per month, ground water extraction will be 12.5 KL/month, which is very less than 300 KL/month. </span></p>

DIC/LDH/130 dated 07/01/2020, annual assessed capacity of plant after commissioning of production of crumb rubber powder from raw material will be 82000 MTA. However, this office has processed the subject cited application for manufacturing of Crumb Powder @ 82000 Mt/Year. Undersigned has discussed the matter with Proprietor telephonically and he requested to issue 'Consent to Operate' for manufacturing of Crumb Powder @ 82000 Mt/Year.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi;">In view of the above, it is recommended that either the subject cited application may be returned back to the industry or 'Consent to Operate' to be issued may be curtailed application for manufacturing of Crumb Powder @ 63000 Mt/Year. </span></p> |
