<p style="text-align: justify;">1. At the time of recent sampling by the lab, the dimension of the APCD were same as verified by me and the emission samples results are within limits. The representative of the indsutry informed that he made slight modifications in the dimension of APCD for the improvement of its working. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. A clarification raised to the industry w.r.t date of its sampling in reply to which it has submitted that some quantity of paddy was kept by us for processing to carry out the sampling done on 18.03.2023. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. <span style="text-indent: -18pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';"><span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -18pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';">The industry has provided paved / brick roads inside their premises for movement of vehicles, so as to prevent the generation of dust.</span></p>

The industry has provided diameter of 15” at the outlet of discharge pipe of rice husk. The industry has also provided extended discharge pipe conical shaped pipe of about 5’ length for the discharge of rice husk. </span></p>
