<p>Sir,</p>
<p>i) The industry has submitted GST invoice dated 29.07.2022 as proof of date of commissioning. As per the same, the adequacy of consent to operate fee is 30.06.2024.</p>
<p>ii) The industry has submitted ask sijra, site plan, latha, lease deed and report from revenue authorities.</p>
<p>iii) Further, the industry has submitted a permission from DTP to manufacture Poly Pipes from Virgin Plastic Granules vide DTP letter no. 561 dated 25.03.2022.</p>
