No. 263764220 dated 13.04.2023 as NOC fee. The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one year i.e. 06.10.2024.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as Environmental Clearance granted by the Competent Authority.</span></p>

During the visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>

The project proponent is constructing 182 flats in S+10 configuration.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended for one year subject to suitable terms and conditions as per earlier NOC granted.</span></p>
