Dedhna, Tehsil-Patran, Distt. Patiala under orange category alongwith requisite. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>The PP has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide UTR no. SBIN223051229923 dated 20.02.2023 against the capital investment of Rs. 147.73 lakh as per project report submitted by it. The NOC fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one year.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The project proponent has obtained change of land use for an area measuring 9 Kanal 8 Marla (1.175 acre) located at Village Dedhna (H.B.No. 184), Tehsil Patran, Distt. Patiala from the Department of Town &amp; Country Planning, Punjab issued vide memo no. 1802 &ndash;STP(P)/SP-327 dated 02.11.2022 in which it has been mentioned that the site falls in mix land use zone of draft Master Plan of notified Local Planning Area, Patiala. Where hotel activity is permissible in this land use zone as per unified zoning regulations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>Permission is hereby given as per notification no. 18/30/09-5HG2/1504 dated 06.12.2021 to use the said land for this unit. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The project proponent has proposed to install STP of capacity 10 KLD based on MBBR system for treatment of domestic effluent @ 8.0 KLD generated from the operation of its project. The project proponent has proposed to utilize treated effluent onto land for irrigation and watering of green area @ 0.19 acres within its premises. In this regard, the project proponent has submitted feasibility report prepared by Environmental Management Solution (EMS) Engineers &amp; Consultants. Further, the project proponent has proposed to install one no. DG set of capacity 40 KVA equipped with canopy and adequate stack height. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Accordingly, the site of the proposed project was visited by undersigned on 12.04.2023 and it was observed as under: </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -31.5pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 31.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">1.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The proposed site falls on right hand side from Patran to Samana road in the Village Dedhna, Tehsil Patran, Distt. Patiala. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -31.5pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 31.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">2.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>No construction work of the project has yet been started and the proposed site has been demarcated by fencing. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">As per Board&rsquo;s office order no. <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">SEE(HQ-1)/F.244/2011/271 dated 10.10.2011 <em>&ldquo;Project proponent shall be allowed to set up Hotel / Motel / Inn / Lodge / Guest House / Restaurant / Banquet Hall / Marriage palace within MC limit, In case, the project proponent submit a certificate issued by the concerned Municipal Corporation / Municipal Council / Nagar Panchayat / Notified Area Committee to the effect that the site is suitable as per the statuary / non-statuary Master Plan and their bye- laws and / or submit Building Plan duly approved by the said Authority&rdquo;. </em>In this case, the project proponent has submitted copy of land use of its proposed site issued by </span>Department of Town &amp; Country Planning, Punjab vide memo no. 1802 &ndash;STP(P)/SP-327 dated 02.11.2022 according to which the site is suitable for said activity. As such, the proposed site is meeting with the guidelines prescribed by Board for such units.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>In view of the above, Consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for the one year to the project proponent for establishment of project having Hotel (Restaurant @ 50 Persons/day, Banquet Hall @ 300 persons/day and Staff @ 12 Nos/day) at Vill. Dedhna, Tehsil-Patran, Distt. Patiala under orange category subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions: </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 27.0pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -31.5pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The project proponent shall not commission its unit without obtaining consent to operate as required under the provisions of Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Country Planning, Punjab vide memo no. 1802 &ndash;STP(P)/SP-327 dated 02.11.2022.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 27.0pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;
