<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It is intimated that the subject cited industry was granted Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide No. CTOW/Renewal/ASR/2019/9865962 dated 07/05/2019 valid up to 30/09/2024 and consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide No. CTOA/Renewal/ASR/2019/9865862 dated 07/05/2019, valid up to 30/09/2024 with conditions mentioned therein. Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, for manufacturing of Rice @ 23 MTD.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry has deposited Rs. 25,375/- vide UTR No. N101232413479256 dtd 11/04/2023 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974. Rs. 500/- vide UTR No. N101232413471797 dtd 11/04/2023 as application form fee, Rs. 25,375/- vide UTR No. N101232413473068 dtd 11/04/2023 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981, which it is adequate upto 30/09/2032 under both acts against the fixed assets of the industry of Rs. 36.30 Lacs as on 31.03.2023, which is same as submitted during previous applications (Rs. 36.30 lacs as on 30.01.2019). The industry has filled online application form, uploaded latest C.A. Certificate, Compliance Report, Request letter. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It is further submitted that Board issued order vide no. CEE (HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries. The industry is complying with the conditions of consents granted earlier under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The industry falls in Orange category in small scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Amritsar.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">May if approved, the renewal of consents to operate granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30/09/2032 with suitable conditions along with following special conditions that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall not make any expansion within the unit without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
