<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 8.6pt .0001pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%;">It is intimated that the Senior Law Officer of the Board was opinioned that show cause notice for refusal of the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be issued to the poultry farm with an opportunity of the personal hearing before the Competent Authority as the poultry farm has not made adequate arrangements to comply with the guidelines in respect of sitting guidelines framed by CPCB.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 8.6pt .0001pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Accordingly, show cause notice for refusal of the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was issued vide this office letter no. 604-05 dated 01/04/2023 to the poultry farm with an opportunity of personal hearing dated 10/04/2023 which was further postponed to dated 18/04/2023 at Regional Office level. During hearing the representative of the poultry farm was submitted a reply and same is attached herewith for kind perusal please. Decisions of the personal hearing are attached herewith for concurrence of the Competent Authority of the Board please.</span></p>
